TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made from SIA JDK Thermal Systems ("JDK Thermal", "we", "us"), registration number 42103067540, registered address "Meža Kroņi", Grobiņas pagasts, Dienvidkurzemes novads, LV-3438, Latvia.

1. Orders and Payment. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Payment is due in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g. a deposit arrangement for custom-built hot tubs).
2. Right of Withdrawal. As a consumer purchasing online within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. This right does not apply to goods made to your specifications, unless faulty.
3. Delivery. Delivery times provided are estimates. JDK Thermal is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including courier delays or custom manufacturing timelines.
4. Warranty. All products are covered by the statutory legal warranty of conformity under EU and Latvian consumer protection law. Specific product warranty terms will be provided at the time of purchase.
5. Custom-Made Products. Hot tubs and components built to a customer's specific requirements are produced to order and are non-returnable.
6. Liability. JDK Thermal's liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g. death, personal injury, or fraud).
7. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Latvian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
