Order Processing
Processing times vary by product. Most items ship within [X] business days of order confirmation. Made-to-order or sourced items (such as custom hot tub configurations) may take longer — estimated processing time is shown on each product page. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Destinations
We ship throughout the European Union and internationally. Availability and rates for destinations outside the EU may vary — if you don't see your country at checkout, contact us at info@jdkthermal.eu and we'll do our best to arrange delivery.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- Small items and accessories (spa components, jets, covers, chemicals, etc.): shipped via standard courier. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight.
- Large items (hot tubs, cold plunge systems, and other freestanding products): shipped via freight/pallet delivery due to size and weight. Freight shipping typically requires a delivery address accessible to a truck, and may involve a scheduled delivery window.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on destination and shipping method:
- Baltics: [1-3 business days]
- Rest of EU: [3-7 business days]
- International: [7-14 business days]
These are estimates, not guarantees — delays from carriers or customs (for non-EU destinations) are outside our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (non-EU orders)
For orders shipped outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the order total.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect large items upon delivery before signing for freight, when possible. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us at info@jdkthermal.eu within 5 days with photos (if applicable) and we'll resolve it — replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
